THE NATIONAL THEATRE

Therese Bradley will play Lizzie in MEN SHOULD WEEP at the Lyttelton theatre, directed by Josie Rourke. Previews from 18 October

 

WEST END

David  Suchet plays to fivestar reviews in Howard Davies' production of ALL MY SONS at the Apollo Theatre until 2nd October at the Apollo Theatre.

Jill Halfpenny plays Paulette in LEGALLY BLONDE at the Savoy Theatre.

Christian Patterson plays Mr Bumble in OLIVER! now running until 8th January 2011.

 

LONDON

Michael Arden plays the male lead in ASPECTS OF LOVE directed by Trevor Nunn at The Mernier Chocolate Factory.

Steffan Rhodri plays Russ and Dan in Dominic Cooke's production of CLYBOURNE PARK at the Royal Court. This production runs from 26th August until 2nd October.

Lisa Dillon stars as Gilda in Noel Coward’s DESIGN FOR LIVING at The Old Vic, directed by Anthony Page, alongside Tom Burke and Andrew Scott. This is the first of two leading roles that Lisa will take on at the Old Vic; after DESIGN FOR LIVING, Lisa moves straight into the role of Raymonde in FLEA IN HER EAR, directed by Richard Eyre, alongside Tom Hollander.
DESIGN FOR LIVING previews from 3 September and runs until 27 November. FLEA IN HER EAR previews from 4 December, and is at the Old Vic until 5 March 2011.

Sinead Matthews will play Laura in THE GLASS MENAGERIE at the Young Vic directed by Joe Hill Gibbons. The play runs from 11 November until 1st January 2011.

Jack Monaghan takes on the role of Harry in LOVE ON THE DOLE at the Finborough theatre, directed by Beckie Mills, which runs from 7 September – 2 October

 

THE GLOBE:

Christopher Benjamin revives his role as Falstaff in THE MERRY WIVES OF WINDSOR directed by Christopher Luscombe. This will run at the Globe until 25th September and then tour in the U.S.

 

REGIONAL:

Nicholas Le Prevost will play in THE REAL INSPECTOR HOUND / THE CRITIC at Chichester until the end of August

Martin Shaw and Mark Letheren star in THE COUNTRY GIRL directed by Rufus Norris. Currently on tour this production will transfer into the West End on October 4th 2010.

Kim Catrall will play Cleopatra in ANTONY AND CLEOPATRA at the Liverpool Playhouse 8 Oct – 13 Nov. Dir: Janet Suzman. Martin Hutson plays Octavius and Ian Hogg as Enobarbus.

Vanessa Kirby will play Rosalind in AS YOU LIKE IT at the West Yorkshire Playhouse directed by Ian Brown 21st September - 21st November.

Teresa Banham joins a terrific cast in THE PICTURE for Salisbury Playhouse directed by Philip Wilson. 3rd November - 22nd November.

Miranda Foster is set to appear as Aunt Emily and Dottie in THE TALENTED MR RIPLEY directed by Raz Shaw at the Royal and Derngate, Northampton.
Previews begin on 17th September.

Catrin Stewart will play Hilde in LADY FROM THE SEA at Manchester Royal Exchange, directed by Sarah Frankcom, from 13 October – 6 November.
